I have the corresponding option switched on, but my system won't create invoices?

Firstly, make sure that your products have sufficient stock levels. MYOB will not create an invoice if there is insufficient stock for any product contained in an order.

How often do you recommend synchronising customers and orders?

There's no general recommendation for this schedule, since it mostly depends on the nature of your sales and business model. However, we would generally recommend synchronising osCommerce with MYOB at least once a day.

Will the DataLink OASIS for MYOB create Purchase Orders for me?

The standard version of our software will not create Purchase Orders since we understand each business's requirements are different, and stock, sales, and purchases management also usually differ.

 

We can provide a custom Purchase Orders management facility, and should you require this we would be happy to hear from you.

I do not have MYOB Accounting, Accounting Plus or Premier installed, but use QuickBooks instead. Will the DataLink OASIS for MYOB work for me?

The DataLink OASIS for MYOB synchronises osCommerce and MYOB only. The good news is that we are developing a DataLink OASIS for QuickBooks.

 

This will be scheduled for release soon, along with DataLink OASIS applications for other accounting systems, like Mamut and Sage.

What kind of warranty do I get if I purchase the DataLink OASIS for MYOB?

The DataLink OASIS for MYOB comes with a 12 month warranty. During this period you can contact us at any time to report any issues you may have with the DataLink OASIS for MYOB.

 

Any issue reported that directly relates to the DataLink OASIS for MYOB will be addressed as soon as possible by our support team.
